Now Hiring – Procurement Specialist
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for procurement and the logistics of materials on time to ensure the best cost for any assigned project.
The project coordinator shall manage every single stage of the assigned active job: Submittals and samples, keep up to date the PO Log (reflecting the last selections from revisions and addendums), job import into BC, new vendor setup, buyout (issuing orders and processing orders acknowledgement and payment requests), clubhouse walk, material release, return, tracking and claims, weekly GS/PC meeting, shop drawings review, RCO creation, change orders tracking, close-out documents, repair order, and any other task related to material procurement that assure the complexion of the project.
