 – 1998: BSI Building Products and Services:
        – Established with similar principles to Texas Contract Carpet.
        – Specialized in apartment construction with a diverse product line.
        – Operated nationally and was part of Masco, a Fortune 200 company.

Merger and Formation of TCC Multi-Family Interiors
 – In 2012, Texas Contract Carpet and BSI merged, leveraging shared Christian values and a long-standing friendship among executives.
 – Following the merger, the company was renamed TCC Multi-Family Interiors.
 – Relocated to a larger facility to support growth in product diversity, personnel, and geographic reach.

Current Scope and Operations
 – Operates in over 40 states nationwide.
 – Primary product lines include flooring, tile, and natural stone.

Leadership Changes
 – 2015: Perry Hardwick, Founder of Texas Contract Carpet, transitioned to Chairman of the Board.
 – 2016: Travis Hardwick assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Norman Bowman was appointed Chief Operating Officer by the Board of Directors.
– 2025: Norman Bowman was appointed President while John-Michael Picard assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Aysel Amin was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer.
