CLAUDIA VENTURA, ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Claudia Ventura is a Project Accountant at TCC and has been part of this family for the past two years. She is responsible for the billing and monitoring of projects, among other duties. Claudia looks forward to the opportunity to grow professionally and gain experience in the construction industry.

Claudia graduated with a Bachelor of business administration in accounting from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

She enjoys listening to music, dancing, and decorating. She spends most of her weekends gathering with family and friends or cheering on the sidelines at her children’s soccer games.

CLAUDIA BOCANEGRA, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Claudia is a Project Accountant and is responsible for monitoring the progress of the projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected.

She obtained her accounting degree in Venezuela (Universidad Rafael Urdaneta), started working at TCC 5 years ago and finally made the decision to move to the United States.

She has a passion for fitness and really enjoys supporting the Houston baseball and basketball teams.

CHEYENNE MENDOZA, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Cheyenne Mendoza started with TCC in May 2023 as a Project Accountant. She has over 5 years of specialized construction accounting experience, both as a general contractor and as a subcontractor. Cheyenne was raised in and attended high school in San Antonio, Texas graduating in the top 5% of her class, and is currently completing her degree online to attain her Master of Accounting. Mrs. Mendoza enjoys playing and coaching soccer, reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.

JESSIKA MARTINEZ, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Jessika joined the accounting department at TCC in January 2022. Her responsibilities include keeping accurate records of all payments to vendors, processing invoices that are due for payment, ensuring that invoices are processed on time and accurately while adhering to department procedures.

She obtained her bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Rafael Belloso Chacín in Venezuela, and later obtained her master’s in marketing and international business from the University of Barcelona in Spain. Since then, she has worked in different industries such as oil and gas, banking, and pharmaceuticals.

Jessika is married and has 2 children. She is passionate about horseback riding, singing, dancing, traveling, and spending quality time with her dog, family, and friends.

TONY JORDAN, ACCOUNTANT

A proud Texas A&M graduate, Tony Jordan brings a well-rounded background to TCC. Before joining TCC as an Accountant, Tony spent three years as a Team Lead in Project Operations, following a stint as a Project Coordinator in consulting. At TCC, he supports the accounting team with Cost at Complete analysis, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Known for their friendly team, TCC provides a refreshing challenge in the construction industry.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Tony enjoys an active lifestyle outside work, with hobbies including traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends. He brings both professional dedication and a love for community to his role at TCC.

TAYLOR POPE, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Taylor Pope is a Project Accountant at TCC, joining the team in January 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University and brings experience in accounting for a general contractor, sales and project management for a residential flooring company. She enjoys ensuring financial and accounting accuracy to support TCC projects and values the camaraderie of her friendly coworkers.

A native of Houston, Texas, Taylor enjoys exploring Houston’s parks and bayous, attending sporting events, concerts, and shows, and indulging in movies and reading. Outside of work, she cherishes quality time with friends and family.

REBEKAH JONES, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Rebekah joined TCC Multi-family Interiors in October 2025 as a Project Accountant, bringing prior experience from IES Residential, where she specialized in project accounting for electrical construction. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business, Rebekah enjoys expanding her knowledge of the construction industry.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Rebekah enjoys brunching with friends, social outings, and exploring creative classes like dance, home economics, and pottery. She also recently joined the Accounting Club at HCC.

ELVA ALVISO, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Elva Alviso is an Accounts Payable Analyst at TCC, where she began as a temporary team member in October and transitioned to a full-time role in December 2025. She brings hands-on experience managing the full accounts payable cycle, along with some accounts receivable work, and enjoys learning new skills while collaborating with colleagues across departments. Elva is currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management at Texas A&M-Victoria and is part of the Class of 2026.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Elva enjoys staying active, spending time in nature, and serving her church. She is married and a proud mother of two boys, and values time spent with her family outside of work.
