TRAVIS HARDWICK, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Travis Hardwick currently serves as the CEO of TCC Multi-Family Interiors. In this role, he establishes the vision for the company, promotes business development, and advances TCC’s culture. He is responsible for overseeing the overall growth and success of the company, working closely with the executive team to strategically plan for an ever-changing market, through innovation. His commitment to servant leadership drives him to humbly approach each challenge as an opportunity for learning and growth. He has been with the company over 25 years, since its inception.
Travis started working in the multifamily construction industry over 30 years ago, having the opportunity at a young age to work for both subcontractors and general contractors. He graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.
In 2019 the Houston Business Journal honored him with its Most Admired CEO Award. He currently serves on the board of the Cypress Forest Public Utility District, as well as the boards of directors of Texas First Bank and Granger National Bank. He is also on the board of the Houston Baylor Alumni Professionals and is an active member of Vistage Worldwide, where he finds satisfaction growing in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation. He enjoys anything fulfilling, purposeful and adventurous: including exercise, travel, hunting, fishing, mission work and philanthropy. But his biggest gratification is spending time with his wife, daughter and two sons.
NORMAN BOWMAN, PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Norman Bowman is responsible for overseeing all internal operations of the Company and is committed to continuously improving its processes. He has an active role in the development of all policies and procedures while striving to keep the company nimble. His strengths with personnel are instrumental in both managing and expanding our staff. Norman’s extensive operational experience managing multi-family projects nationwide equip him to foresee potential pit falls as well as affording him opportunities to mentor TCC’s talented leadership team.
Norman has over 35 years of experience in the multi-family construction industry. He served as General Manager of BSI Building Products & Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a fortune 200 company traded on the NYSE, for over 13 years where he was recognized for outstanding achievement. His experience and training with a large corporation bring insight to the executive team in alignment processes while maintaining his commitment to fiscal responsibility.
On his personal side, Norman has been happily married for 42 years, has 2 loving children and 4 grandsons. He is an active member of Vistage Worldwide, enjoys traveling, boating and time spent with his family.
JOHN-MICHAEL PICARD, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
John-Michael Picard serves as Vice President of Operations at TCC. In this role, he is responsible for assuring the company implements its contractual obligations with excellence. This includes overseeing the estimating, shop drawings, procurement, logistics and installation necessary to ensure that TCC’s standards of production and quality are met on all of the company’s projects.
John-Michael has been in the flooring industry for over 18 years. Before joining TCC, he held the positions of both Territory Manager and Regional Sales Manager for the largest flooring underlayment company in the United States. He prides himself on attention to detail, follow-up, and honesty. His motto has always been, “We are all on the same team and need each other to succeed”.
After growing up in the Houston area, John-Michael joined the United States Army where he was deployed overseas and is now a combat veteran. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 20 years and is the father of one amazing son and one out-of-this-world daughter.
JIM BOCIAN, VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Jim Bocian currently serves as Vice President of Sales for TCC Multi- Family Interiors. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s overall sales strategies and driving consistent growth in the TCC market share’s multi-family flooring industry nationwide.
Jim brings to TCC over 20 years of award-winning executive sales management experience in the building materials industry, including running sales and marketing teams for corporations such as Schüco International and Lowe’s Home Improvement. Jim lives by the words from Napoleon Hill: “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” As servant leader, Jim’s primary focus is on tending to the needs of others and assisting his team to both develop and grow, seeing this as the route to organizational success.
The youngest of three boys, Jim was raised, practiced his Catholic faith, and was educated in the charming coastal town of Old Lyme, Connecticut. He graduated, with honors, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Salve Regina University in beautiful Newport, Rhode Island. Jim has 2 children, his daughter Brita and son Gavin; and in his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his kids at either the beach or snow skiing. He’s also a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankees fan.
AYSEL AMIN, VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Aysel Amin is the VP of Human Resources at TCC and is tasked with building and developing our most valuable asset, our personnel. With her educational background in Law and Business Administration, Aysel brings a unique perspective in the field of Human Resource Management. Aysel brings over 10 years of HR experience in various industries including construction, telecommunications and oil/gas. Aysel studied law in the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, and also has Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McNeese State University. She is multi-lingual, fluent in Russian, French, Turkish and Azeri. Aysel is married, has a son, and enjoys attending ballet, travelling and reading.
DON WISENBAKER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Don Wisenbaker currently serves as CFO for TCC Multi-Family. Don’s responsibilities include managing the company’s finances, overseeing all accounting activities and publishing periodic financial and accounting reports. He also works closely with other members of the executive team to strategize the company’s growth and success from the financial perspective.
Don Wisenbaker has been a CFO for nearly 20 years. He graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Accountancy and obtained his CPA license shortly thereafter. Don has been involved in various industries: banking, industrial manufacturing, oilfield supply, real estate, and family offices; and has worked in both domestic and international arenas. With a strong can-do attitude wherever he has worked, Don enjoys getting involved with and delivering on corporate initiatives; from ERP rollout to raising financing for large capital goods for overseas customers, making positive impacts is the recipe for Don’s success.
Don and his wife, Dabney, have been married for more than 20 years with one daughter, Sarah. When not at work, Don enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling and golf.
MICHELLE AVILA, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OFFICE/FACILITY MANAGER
Michelle Avila is the Executive Assistant to the President and COO of TCC Multi-Family Interiors. She carries a strong work ethic and responsibility for senior-level administrative support. A native Texan, her experience covers over 10 years in leading support roles within multiple industries such as oil & gas, real estate, and medical. Michelle is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Administration. In her free time, Ms. Avila enjoys volunteering at the Houston Food Bank, photography, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her daughter.
TAYLOR HODGE, DIRECTOR OF SALES
Taylor Hodge is a Sales Manager turned Project Manager, passionate about exceeding all service expectations. He is extremely service oriented and has proven it throughout the last 7 years through multiple channels in the construction industry. He has spent time learning the roofing industry on the contractor side (Beldon Roofing), the insulation industry on the distributor side (IDI Distributors), and the flooring industry on both the manufacturer/vendor side (Emser Tile) & the contractor side (TCC).
Taylor graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in International Management and a B.A. in Marketing.
In his free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, sporting events, and the occasional round of golf.
GRANT CLYDE, DIRECTOR OF SALES
Grant Clyde grew up around the flooring industry working for his father’s flooring business on residential projects. He attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC earning a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism while leading the baseball team to a berth in the College World Series. Mr. Clyde worked with Cameron International across South Texas, Pennsylvania, and West Texas prior to joining TCC. While his passion is to meet and exceed customer’s expectations and deadlines, Grant does find time for recreational pursuits such as hunting, fishing, and golf.
TODD HARDY, SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Todd Hardy has over thirty years of ensuring customer satisfaction, providing superior service, and offering valuable leadership in the industry, the last fifteen of those with the TCC family. Having grown up straightening his father’s carpet samples, loading crews and installing relays, Todd brings a lifetime of experience to every professional relationship. His early career with a variety of carpet mills offers unique technical perspective on materials and his experience with new multi-family builds from coast to coast makes him a valuable resource for all his trade partners. Mr. Hardy has managed over 175 projects totaling over 35,000 units. Todd has served in various capacities, including the Hold ‘Em & Hit ‘Em and the Corral Club, within the leadership of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
LANCE WOODMAN, NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Lance Woodman serves as the National Account Manager for TCC Multi-Family Interiors. Lance brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Lance is responsible for sales and project management with the company.
Lance has been with TCC since 2021, but he has been in the industry since 2001. He has extensive knowledge in all phases of multi-family construction; including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production. As an experienced business development specialist, Lance has acquired and maintained lasting partnerships with contractors, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Lance graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son, Maddox, boating, and fishing.
LEAH HOWARD, NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Leah dreamed of touring the world doing international marketing – but her passions brought her back to her roots in TX after college. She now lives on the waters of Clear Lake, TX with her husband and two children, and joined the TCC team in 2022 as a National Account Manager. Leah has been fortunate enough to be part of some of the most industry leading master-planned developments in the southern region over her tenure. For 15 years, as Chief Strategy Officer, she would oversee all strategic efforts for clients and new business. Accomplishments include establishing alliances with global teams and collaboration with vendors regionally which added tremendous value to a diverse client list of developers. Leah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
In her free time, she enjoys kicking back with the kids at the beach, boating, living an active lifestyle and traveling.
RYNE TUTOR, NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ryne Tutor joined the TCC team in November 2023 and brings a diverse background to his role as a National Account Manager at TCC. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Coaching Education with a minor in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi, and later pursued a master’s degree in teaching from the University of West Alabama.
He started his career in education as a junior college baseball coach at Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Mississippi and Wharton County Junior College in Texas. Transitioning into the business world, he worked as an Outside Sales Representative and as a Business Development Manager.
Ryne moved to Houston Texas from Franklin County, Mississippi, and is happily married to Jessica Tutor. Together, they have a delightful daughter named Claire and a furry companion named Teddy. He finds joy in spending quality time with his family, whether it’s playing with his daughter, cooking up a storm on the smoker or grill, or simply enjoying the outdoors, hunting, playing golf, watching football (as an avid Ole Miss fan), and cheering on various sporting events. He also has a passion for travel, exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
TYLER SPURLIN, NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Tyler Spurlin joined TCC as a National Account Manager in January 2024, where he manages large-scale sales and marketing projects. He has a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Rice University and an MBA in Business and Supply Chain from Arizona State University. He played professional baseball in the Milwaukee Brewers organization for six years, then worked as a sales project consultant for backyard renovation and roofing clients.
Tyler is originally from The Woodlands and loves staying active, playing golf and pickleball, and watching sports with his friends. He enjoys traveling and learning new things with his friends and family.
KARISSA RIFFEL, NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Karissa joined TCC in February 2024 as a National Account manager. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Marquette University, where she also played on the Women’s Soccer Team. She furthered her education with an M.S. in Transportation Management and Supply Chain Operations from The University of Denver. Before joining TCC, she worked as an industrial engineer and later transitioned to a National Account Manager role. At TCC, she continues to excel as a National Account Manager, building strong customer relationships and collaborating with industry stakeholders. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and exploring new coffee and food spots with her husband and Golden Retriever.
AMY BAILEY, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Amy Bailey started with TCC in November of 2019 as a Senior Administrative Assistant who works closely with the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, the Human Resources Director and Accounts Payable department. She has over 10 years of customer service and office administrative experience specializing in oil and gas operations management and is always looking for ways to improve her skills and takes on all projects with positive attitude and smile on her face. She was promoted to Contracts Administrator in June 2021 and Executive Assistant to the Vice-President of Sales in November of 2021.
Amy attended high school in Sealy, TX and attended college at Sam Houston State University studying business administration and moved to Houston in 2002.
Mrs. Bailey enjoys horseback riding, living an active lifestyle, and vacationing anywhere next to water. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband, son, and 2 fur babies.
LUKE CERZA, SALES ASSISTANT
Luke Cerza joined TCC in February 2023 as a Sales Assistant supporting the National Account Managers. Luke enjoys getting to work with the people at TCC because they really care about the growth of themselves and the company. Everyone at TCC is always open to help or teach anyone.
Luke was born in Chicago, Ill and moved to Houston, Tx at 12 years old. He enjoys exercising, watching movies, and spending time with his family in his free time and will be getting married in the summer of 2024!
JUSTIN PEGUES, SALES ASSISTANT
Justin Pegues joined TCC in April 2023 as a Sales Assistant, working with our National Account Managers. Before joining the TCC family, Justin worked in the sales department for the Houston Dynamo. When asked about what he enjoys most about his job at TCC, Justin shared, “The opportunity to learn new skills, and to work with great people, willing to share their knowledge.”

ROBERT BANE, ESTIMATING MANAGER
Robert is the Senior Estimator at TCC Multi-Family Interiors and currently coordinates detailed shop drawings with TCC’s drafters for TCC customers as well as TCC Project Management and Operations Teams. He has over twenty-four years of experience with estimating, project management and procurement in the new construction, multi-family industry.
Robert is a native Houstonian and enjoys spending time with his family and especially his granddaughter, Addison. He also enjoys traveling, reading, movies and estate sales.
YUSDEL RAMOS, ESTIMATOR
Yusdel Ramos Rangel works as a Drafter Detailer and is tasked with creating and maintaining TCC’s Shop Drawings. He is responsible for delivering the full package of installation details to ensure the ultimate design is brought to reality according to customer expectations. Yusdel brings over 10 years of experience in various fields of architecture including design, estimating, and project management.
Mr. Ramos has a bachelor’s degree of Architecture from his home country, Cuba. He is passionate about design, enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and everything related to a healthy lifestyle.
BROOKE MULLINS, ESTIMATING COORDINATOR
Brooke is the Assistant Manager of Estimating at TCC and is tasked with coordinating all the estimating requests needed by the sales team. Additionally, she assists the VP of Operations in overall support and reporting for the department. Brooke has over 11 years’ experience working in the construction industry and in the past has served in various roles including Accounting and Project Management, however, Estimating is ultimately where her passion has always been. At TCC, Brooke truly enjoys collaborating with her team to develop new processes, as well as, working with other departments to gain perspective and get insight on how the Estimating Department can better serve their needs.
Brooke studied Psychology at Texas A&M University and she is married and has 2 beautiful daughters. When Brooke is not working, she enjoys spending time in her craft room trying to recreate things she found on Pinterest or shopping.
ANTONIO MARTINEZ, ESTIMATOR
Antonio Martinez is a part of the estimating team at TCC with 10+ years’ experience in the multi-family industry with experience as an installer in both residential and commercial buildings. Antonio attended high school in Mexico and then went on to attend college there as well. After college he worked as a butcher for 4 years in a meat market preparing meats for sale.
Outside of work Antonio enjoys going to the movies, playing retro video games, and is a huge Star Trek fan.
GEETHA RAMACHANDRAN, ESTIMATOR
Geetha is an Estimator at TCC and is tasked with producing accurate quantity takeoff’s for multi-family projects in a timely manner. She has a bachelor’s in Architecture and has won several awards for academic excellence. Geetha has participated in a research project on art, architecture & urbanism at University of Cambridge, UK. She has over 10 years of experience in residential design and estimation. She has knowledge of building design, concepts, materials, and construction.
Geetha is happily married and proud mom to handsome twin boys. She enjoys reading, cooking and traveling.
MARTIN VALVERDE, ESTIMATOR
Martin Valverde is part of the estimating team at TCC Multi-Family Interiors, he currently helps performing estimating take off and revision requests needed for clients. Martin graduated from Andres Bello Catholic University in Venezuela in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
With experience on drawing and design software as the Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD and SketchUp, Martin is always trying to learn and apply his knowledge towards the betterment of daily routines for him and his peers.

DANIEL DEVEZE, ESTIMATOR
Daniel is part of the estimating team at TCC since April of 2023. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Queretaro, Mexico in 2020 and has been living in Houston since late 2022. Before moving to Houston, Daniel worked for a while in Mexico and gained experience in construction and site supervision. He is proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD and can handle Illustrator and InDesign as well.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys cooking, singing, listening to music, going to the gym, watching movies, and spend time with his family.
SILENIA ZAMORA, ESTIMATOR
Silenia joined the TCC family in 2022 as an Estimator, tasked with completing take-offs and revisions of bid projects in an accurate and timely fashion. She graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Silenia has 12+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, working with different projects, including but not limited to theater conservation, health facilities development, hotels, private properties, and more. She is self-driven, resourceful, and highly motivated, takes pride in meeting and exceeding goals. She is married and has two energetic and lovely kids that keeps her family busy, always finding ways to have fun and spend quality time.
BLAIR MILTON, ESTIMATOR
Blair Milton started with TCC in December 2022 as an Estimator who works closely with the Sales and drafting departments. She has over 12 years of estimating experience specializing in multi-family construction projects. Blair attended Klein High School and attended college at the University of Houston studying business administration.
Blair enjoys playing golf, working on jigsaw puzzles, traveling, and most importantly having family time. Blair has been married for 15 years to her best friend, Kevin. Together they have a 13-year-old daughter Kadence, who they adore! To complete their family, they have 2 precious dachshunds, Oreo and Reese.
LIZ RODRIGUEZ, ESTIMATOR
Liz Rodriguez Reyes is an estimator at TCC, a leading company in flooring and tile installation. She joined TCC in 2021, after working as a customer service representative at Barri, a financial company. Liz has a degree in industrial chemistry from Cuba, where she was born and raised. She moved to the United States in 2017, seeking new opportunities and challenges. Liz is passionate about learning new things and applying her knowledge and skills to the construction industry. She enjoys working with her colleagues and clients and strives to deliver quality results in every project. Liz is an asset to TCC and its vision.
JORGE ROJAS, ESTIMATOR
Jorge Rojas started with TCC in May of 2023 as an estimator. He studied Architecture and Interior Design in Peru and graduated in 2018. He enjoys using his knowledge working with the estimating team. Before coming to TCC Jorge worked as a Body Shop Assistant Manager for 2 years.
Jorge enjoys playing soccer with friends, watching surfing and car racing.
ELIEL TOVAR, ESTIMATOR
Eliel Tovar joined TCC in June of 2023 as an Estimator. He was an English/Spanish tutor for 2 years and simultaneously a freelance AutoCAD drafter, he’s constantly finding ways to learn and has a strong will to take every project ahead, as well as helping anyone who needs it.
Eliel is originally from Bolívar, Venezuela and attended College at Universidad Católica Andres Bello (UCAB) studying Civil Engineering and moved to the US in 2021.
Mr. Tovar enjoys playing guitar, playing video games, and watching movies and series.

Angel Balderas joined TCC in June of 2023 as an Estimator. Angel attended Lone Star College where he studied Civil, Architectural and Mechanical Drafting.

Michelle Box is an HR Coordinator at TCC, a leading company in flooring and tile installation. She joined the company in May of 2023, and supports the VP of human resources with various tasks and projects. Michelle has over a decade of office administrative experience and brings her skills and expertise to TCC’s daily operations. Michelle is an avid reader and loves to explore new books and genres. She also enjoys hiking, cycling, and spending quality time with her three children. Michelle is a valued member of TCC’s team and culture.
RICK MCKAY, TECHNOLOGY MANAGER III
Rick McKay currently serves as our IT Specialist. Rick comes to us with over 25+ years in Information Technology, in multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Retail. With his can-do attitude, he enjoys the opportunity to think out of the box to solve difficult problems. Rick’s responsibilities include spearheading the ERP initiative, making sure there are no outstanding IT issues preventing TCC employees from performing their best and training employees on new process workflows.
Rick was born and raised in San Angelo, TX, and moved to Houston when he was 9 yrs old. He believes that God gave him a natural ability to understand computers at a deep level, and he enjoys coding and making the computer bow to his will.
FLOR RIVERA, JANITOR
Flor Rivera joined TCC in February of 2020. She has been instrumental in maintaining a clean and safe work environment for the past four years. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have not only ensured that TCC’s offices remain orderly but has also contributed to the overall efficiency and morale of the workforce. Flor’s behind-the-scenes efforts are a cornerstone of the company’s success, embodying the principle that every role, is vital to the collective achievement of the organization.
AUSTIN SHIRLEY, SR. DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT & ESTIMATING
Austin Shirley joined TCC in March of 2023 as the Director of Procurement and Estimating bringing with him 10-plus years of construction operations, procurement, and supply chain management experience. After spending the better part of the last decade managing supply chain, procurement, and logistics in the commercial construction sector, he was excited to expand his role and join the multi-family industry.

He attended Texas A&M University where he studied Supply Chain Management, but most importantly that is where he and his wife started dating. Fast forward and now they have been married for 11 short years and have three amazing young boys. Austin and Ashley are raising their family in Tomball where they are active in the community and at their church, Champion Forest Baptist. He loves playing football and riding motorcycles with his boys as well as wade fishing up and down the Texas coastline.
AMAURY REYES, PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Amaury Reyes Morris joined the TCC family in 2018 and is a proud member of the drafting and estimating department. Amaury is originally from Havana, Cuba, lived abroad in various countries like Argentina, Ecuador, and now the United States.
He graduated as an architect in 2010, which gave him the capability of working in the construction field in areas like residential, commercial, and now, in the multi-family industry. He has also worked in the medical field as a physical therapy technician and because of his love for dancing, studied to become Zumba instructor. Amaury is currently studying at the University of Houston to become a certified construction project manager and in his own words “at TCC there are many unique visions and ideas that come together to form something truly special. We are a real melting pot, and no, I am not just talking about the Texas heat. Furthermore, TCC encourages and supports its team members through professional development and growth”.
In his off time Amaury enjoys spending time with my family and friends and his hobbies cover a wide spectrum from listening to music, cooking, exercising, or roller skating.
AUNG MOE, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Aung is an Estimator at TCC and assists the sales team by performing estimating take off and revision requests needed for prospective clients and awarded projects. Aung’s educational background involves studying Architectural Design & Construction Management at Santa Monica College in California. He also has over 18 years of industry experience which includes working at an architectural firm in Dubai. Before coming to TCC, Aung worked exclusively with the tile and granite scopes of work as part of the custom home industry in the elite areas of Los Angeles and Hollywood, CA.
Aung is blessed with an amazing family which includes his wonderful wife and 2 beautiful daughters. He enjoys traveling, home remodeling, soccer, cycling, fishing, and spending time with his family.
GEMMIE JACKSON, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Gemmie Jackson brings 22 years of procurement and 15 years office/warehouse management and forklift operator experience to TCC. She enjoys working with her team as they collaborate on new ideas to better serve the other departments. Her goals and passion are to help others grow into their strengths and to encourage. Mrs. Jackson believes there are no bad ideas, some are just better than others, and knowing that her teammates are bringing their thoughts and ideas to the table is exciting to her; especially when she gets to see their ideas become reality, and to quote her, “they are a fearless group”.
Outside of work, Gemmie’s passion is going into the prisons with her husband and sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ. She loves spending time with her 2 daughters and 2 grandkids, but the one thing she most enjoys is riding her motorcycle with her best friend, her husband.
MATTHEW BALES, SALES ASSISTANT
Matthew’s career started in residential window and door sales where he developed his eye for detail, and ability cultivate meaningful relationships. He joined the TCC Family in 2023 into the Project Coordinator role, where he orchestrates project management with accuracy.
Matthew was born and raised in Houston, Texas and has always had a passion for urban development. Matt attended Texas A&M University to acquire a Bachelor of Science in University Studies of Architecture. This allowed him to concentrate his course work towards construction management and urban planning. Beyond Matt’s professional pursuit he is an avid fisherman and golfer. He also loves travel, and spending time with his family.
CHRIS MONTGOMERY, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Chris Montgomery joined TCC in November of 2023 as a Project Coordinator. Chris spent 11 years in the Marine Corps gaining extensive experience in procurement, contracting, and supply chain management. Chris is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, and is expected to graduate early 2025.
Chris is originally from Dallas, TX but has lived all over the US and the world, from North Carolina, to
California, and in Italy and Japan.
Chris enjoys traveling with his family, gardening, coaching little league football/baseball, and watching movies.
ZARINA KALZHANOVA, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Zarina joined TCC in December 2023, as a Project Coordinator. She attended the American Intercontinental University where she completed her master’s in management. Her journey into the professional world began as the Purchase Manager at a mattress manufacturing company, where she honed her skills in procurement and supply chain management.
Originally hailing from Kazakhstan, Zarina brings a unique cultural perspective to the TCC team. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in dancing, playing volleyball, and camping, as well as spending time with her husband, twin girls, family, and friends.
MATTHEW JOHNSON, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Matthew Johnson joined TCC in March 2024. He brings a dynamic blend of academic excellence and professional acumen to TCC as a Project Coordinator. A proud alumnus of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Management, Matthew has a rich background as a Procurement Manager and a Business Development Manager.
Away from the office, Matthew enjoys a vibrant family life with his wife, Samantha, and their four sons. Matthew balances his professional dedication with a passion for baseball coaching, fishing, culinary adventures with family, and staying active.
SERGIO ESCAMILLA, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS WEST COAST
Sergio Escamilla serves as TCC’s Director of Operations overseeing the on-site installation arm of the company. Sergio has over 30 years of experience in managing the finish trades on multifamily builds nationwide. Mr. Escamilla’s strength of character and loyalty are reflected in the consistency and quality of the performance from TCC’s operational group. He has overseen the installation of finishes on over 1250 projects for a variety of market rate, tax-exempt, student housing, and senior living builds. Sergio is a proud husband and the father of one son. He also enjoys spending time on his ranch outside of Houston.
JASON SALAZAR, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS EAST COAST
Jason Salazar serves as TCC’s Operations Manager. In his role, Jason oversees the relationship between the General Superintendents, Clients and installers. He is responsible for managing day to day functions of the Operations Department and works diligently with the Director of Operations in recruiting future installers, training and coaching General Superintendents to create a successful Operations Department. Jason’s motivation is his passion and belief in TCC’s ability to deliver a finished product to their Clients that reflects integrity and absolute confidence that they have chosen the right sub-contractor for their project. Having 10 years of flooring industry experience with finish trades within the multi-family industry reflects in his skills of communication, knowledge and understanding to make each project and interaction important for the growth of client relations and the success of TCC.
Jason is an Honored U.S. Navy Veteran, in serving our Country for 9 years he also did 2 tours. He enjoys going fishing with his family, hunting and watching football
JORGE ISER, OPERATIONS MANAGER, CIM, SOUTHEASTERN REGION
Jorge Iser is a General Superintendent at TCC and joined the company in 2018. He was born in Cienfuegos, which is in the central-south part of Cuba. Following the tradition of his family he graduated from the Naval Academy with a bachelor’s in Navigation. He worked as a harbor pilot for 7 years until he emigrated to the United States. Jorge then studied and obtained an insurance license and worked as a financial representative for 5 years until starting his flooring installation company in 2001 and obtained a degree in project and operation management in 2006. Upon being hired at TCC he was able to pass ownership of his company to his older son.
Since he was a child, he liked to practice sports and participated in water polo all throughout high school.
Jorge is married with 3 sons and has 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
LUIS FERNANDEZ, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Luis Arturo Fernandez came from Venezuela and started with TCC in April 2020 as a General superintendent who manages, scheduling, and runs multiple jobs around USA. He studied Law in Venezuela. Luis enjoys working out and traveling to his favorite place: the beach.
ELSA ANARIBA, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Elsa Anariba joined TCC in February 2023 as Administrative Assistant for Operations, supporting the Director of Operations and General Superintendents. Elsa excels in supporting the Operations team and is instrumental in the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Before joining TCC, Elsa worked in insurance brokerage and specialized in annuities.
Outside work, Elsa enjoys exercising, dancing, trying new restaurants, road trips and cherishing every moment with her son and family.
JENNIFER ZAVALA, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jennifer Zavala is the Operations administrative assistant at TCC. She joined in January 2024. She has an associate degree in business administration from Houston Community College, obtained in 2012. Before joining TCC, she worked as a title escrow assistant in real estate. Jennifer is passionate about providing excellent service and support to TCC’s customers and partners.
She is originally from Houston, Texas, and mother to 2 children. In her spare time, she likes to spend quality time with her loved ones, including her mother and brother, go to the movies, attend events, eat out, and create arts and crafts with her children.
JESSE DELEON, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT, CIM, TEXAS
My Name is Jesus ( Jesse) De Leon. I started installing carpet right after graduating from Milby High School in 1983. I have been working here at TCC Multifamily for 11 ½ years in the Operations department. TCC is where I learned what I know about wood floors, ceramic tile installation, tile, setting materials etc. Before coming to TCC, I worked for 15 yrs for one other company where I was head of the installation department. We installed, plank, sheet vinyl, and VCT.
MIGUEL JAIME, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT, CIM, DALLAS, TEXAS
Miguel Jaime started with TCC in July 2018 as a General Superintendent who manages and schedules daily activities across multiple job sites. He is a construction industry veteran with over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of finishes. Miguel loves that his role is always changing with new projects to undertake and installation scenarios to handle.
He is originally from El Paso, TX; has one daughter and one son, and enjoys swimming, biking and watching Netflix in his free time. He also enjoys getting together with friends, live music and classic rock.
IVAN ROGUE, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT, CIM, WEST COAST REGION
Ivan Roque joined TCC in March 2009 as a General Superintendent. Ivan thrives on the daily diversity of challenges that come with the construction industry. He studied law at the University of El Salvador and his transition from law to construction showcases his versatility and commitment to excellence.
Ivan is not only passionate about his work but also deeply values his personal life. An avid boater and fisherman, however, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and two children.
GUILLERMO ROQUE, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Guillermo Roque serves as one of TCC’s General Superintendents. He has served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves for the last 4 years, with 2 more years left to complete; and since joining, he has taken on the role of squad leader and guide. His responsibilities are to take care of the whole platoon along with the class leader. In addition to his military service, he is also currently
going to school to get his AA in Business.
He started working with his dad in his sophomore year of high school installing hardwood floors.
Guillermo enjoys spending all his free time with his German Shepherd, named Katara and loves being a dog dad.
ENRIQUE ARMENDARIZ, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Enrique has been in the AC industry for 19 years and wanted to start a new chapter in his life by doing something similar in the construction industry. He is very competitive and he has integrity in everything he does. Enrique plays in a volleyball and cornhole league and likes to be outdoors camping, hiking, and experiencing new adventures with his kids. YOLO is his “motto”
SIMON GARRIDO, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
From Valencia, Venezuela he moved to Atlanta at the end of 2017. Simon studied architecture at the University José Antonio Páez. 5 years of Experience with a demonstrated history of working across the Construction/Restoration industries. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Operations Management, and many sectors of the Commercial and residential environment. An entrepreneurial-minded professional that is focused on serving others and leading by example. He enjoys spending time camping and traveling, and playing tennis. One of his dreams is to be an airline pilot.
DENIS CASTELLON, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Denis Castellon currently serves as General Superintendent at TCC Multi-Family Interiros. In this role Denis is responsible for overseeing jobs and making sure the client is satisfied with our services. He recently joined the Tcc family in August. He has 12 years of experience in construction as foreman. He has been married for 10 years and has four boys. He enjoys fishing and watching soccer.
DANIEL MARIN, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Daniel Marin joined TCC in August 2023. He attended MDC Miami Dade college where he received his associate degree.
Daniel has worked in both single and multi-family construction for 10 years. At TCC he is the General Superintendent for Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. He enjoys the service relationship for both clients and vendors and prides himself in the ability to see a project through completion with satisfaction.
Mr. Marin is originally from Miami, Fl and is of Colombian and Puerto Rican heritage. He enjoys travelling and fishing salt and fresh waters.
OSCAR GUEVARA, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Oscar Guevara started with TCC on August 21, 2023, as a General Superintendent. He has over 10 years working in the construction industry managing various types of job scopes. He was previously running his own business but is now looking to expand his career opportunities.
Oscar attended high school in Charlotte NC, he graduated from Harding University High School in 2014.
Mr. Guevara enjoys playing soccer, traveling, bodybuilding, and spending time with his family.
MANUEL GARCIA, GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Manuel Garcia is a General Superintendent at TCC. He joined TCC in September 2023 and is excited to be part of a great work team with solid values.
Manuel has a background in civil engineering, which he studied at UASJ University in Chihuahua, Mexico. He has over seven years of experience in the construction industry, working as a superintendent and project manager in Mexico and Denver, Colorado. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities that each project brings and strives to deliver the best results for the clients.
Manuel is originally from Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico. He loves camping and being outdoors, as well as engaging in extreme games like jet skiing and off-roading. He is married to his beautiful wife Evelyn, and they have a baby girl named Sophia. He values spending quality time with his family and making them happy.
EDWARD SANFORD, SAFETY OFFICER
Eddie Sanford came to work for TCC in 2010, and for the last 3 years has managed the TCC safety program and jobsite quality and control.
His daughter, Brandi, and her husband, Chris, live in Broussard, LA and on March 5th, 2020 blessed him with his first and only grandson, Mason Edward.
He is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Hold’em & Hit’em club; with both organizations focusing on raising money to help educate the under privileged youth in Harris County and surrounding communities.
Eddie’s greatest enjoyment come from his few hobbies, which include helping others, listening and dancing to country music from the 60’s and 70’s.
FERNANDO ESCOBAR, WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER
Fernando Escobar has more than 12-years’ experience in the Warehouse, logistics, and merchandiser area. Offering his skills and knowledge and operational strengths. Experienced Forklift operator, effective induction training, motivation. Proficient in the use of standard warehousing and distribution. I came to TCC in 2014 and I try always to do my best for the company in my department, and with my coworkers. I have a son he is most precious treasure for me in this world. I like to stay outdoors, and I like animals. I have two dogs and one cat. My favorite sport is soccer, and I run every day. I do not believe in religions, but I believe in God, and he is the center of my faith. When I wake up every morning, I thank God for the new day, because God gave us the gift of life, it is up to us give ourselves the gift of living well.
ISMAEL VENTURA, WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Ismael Ventura joined TCC in May 2024. With 10 years of experience, he is a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, supporting our commitment to timely and professional service. Ismael’s role is pivotal in maintaining TCC’s high standards.
Ismael is originally from Texas and enjoys spending time with his daughter and family, playing basketball, biking and being involved in the vintage shopping community in Houston.
JOSE BAHAMONDE, WAREHOUSE
Jose came to TCC as a warehouse coordinator in June of 2018, and 10 years prior to TCC, he worked in inventory control for the oil and gas industry. He also, worked as a traffic supervisor in Miami, FL and in 2006 his company presented him an opportunity to move and work in Texas, which he was eager to accept and start a new life in Texas. Jose was an independent contractor in New Jersey City as well which he gained his flooring installation experience.
Today he is blessed to be the father of 2 children, and now has the joy of being a grandfather as well. He is passionate about soccer, music, and family time and enjoys the company of true friends. Above all he is a man of great faith who believes in, trusts, and hopes in the will and justice of God.
CARLOS FERNANDEZ, WAREHOUSE
Carlos brings several years of experience in warehouse & inventory management operations. Has extensive knowledge of both incoming and outgoing freight and ways of maximizing shipments for the best price possible.
WENDY TRUEHEART, CONTROLLER
Wendy Trueheart joined TCC in July 2024 as Controller. She graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Accounting and worked in public accounting as a tax and audit senior and the construction industry, working for an electrical subcontractor and two general contractors. At TCC Wendy oversees day-to-day accounting functions and ensures accurate and timely financial statements. She loves the people and culture and feels empowered.
Originally from Clear Lake, Wendy has lived in Colorado, Austin, and Dallas. She was formally a competitive skydiver and part of the 2012 largest all-women’s formation skydive. Her hobbies now revolve around her 5 kids, including playing cards and games, sewing, puzzles, and gardening. Wendy enjoys spending time her family and hopes to incorporate weekend traveling and camping with her children.
CLAUDIA VENTURA, ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Claudia Ventura is a Project Accountant at TCC and has been part of this family for the past two years. She is responsible for the billing and monitoring of projects, among other duties. Claudia looks forward to the opportunity to grow professionally and gain experience in the construction industry.
Claudia graduated with a Bachelor of business administration in accounting from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
She enjoys listening to music, dancing, and decorating. She spends most of her weekends gathering with family and friends or cheering on the sidelines at her children’s soccer games.
CLAUDIA BOCANEGRA, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Claudia is a Project Accountant and is responsible for monitoring the progress of the projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected.
She obtained her accounting degree in Venezuela (Universidad Rafael Urdaneta), started working at TCC 5 years ago and finally made the decision to move to the United States.
She has a passion for fitness and really enjoys supporting the Houston baseball and basketball teams.
HANNAH LANGE, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Hannah, a dedicated professional, embarked on her journey with TCC in June 2023. As a Project Accountant, she brings 3 years of expertise in handling accounts payable and receivable. Her insatiable appetite for learning drives her to continually expand her knowledge.
Originally from Illinois, Hannah later made her way to the vibrant state of Texas in 2013. Her heart belongs to her three children, who serve as her constant inspiration and pride. When she manages to steal an afternoon for herself, you’ll find her on the golf course, enjoying the serenity and challenge of the game.
Hannah’s dedication, family values, and love for golf make her a remarkable asset to the TCC team!
CHEYENNE MENDOZA, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Cheyenne Mendoza started with TCC in May 2023 as a Project Accountant. She has over 5 years of specialized construction accounting experience, both as a general contractor and as a subcontractor. Cheyenne was raised in and attended high school in San Antonio, Texas graduating in the top 5% of her class, and is currently completing her degree online to attain her Master of Accounting. Mrs. Mendoza enjoys playing and coaching soccer, reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.
JESSIKA MARTINEZ, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Jessika joined the accounting department at TCC in January 2022. Her responsibilities include keeping accurate records of all payments to vendors, processing invoices that are due for payment, ensuring that invoices are processed on time and accurately while adhering to department procedures.
She obtained her bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Rafael Belloso Chacín in Venezuela, and later obtained her master’s in marketing and international business from the University of Barcelona in Spain. Since then, she has worked in different industries such as oil and gas, banking, and pharmaceuticals.
Jessika is married and has 2 children. She is passionate about horseback riding, singing, dancing, traveling, and spending quality time with her dog, family, and friends.
KATYA OSCATEGUI, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Katya Oscategui joined TCC in May 2024 as a Project Accountant. She is currently enriching her expertise in Accounting as a Junior at the University of Houston-Downtown. With a background as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, she brings precision to her role.
Katya thrives in TCC’s supportive environment and enjoys life’s adventures with her spouse, two dogs, as well as a love for travel and hosting friends and family.
ANA FINOL, AP CLERK
Ana is a freshman at Lone Star College pursuing an associate degree in accounting. She has been an AP clerk for multiple physical therapy clinics across the US. Ana joined TCC in August of 2023.
Ms. Finol is from Villa del Rosario, Venezuela and moved to Houston in 2013. She enjoys reading and meditating as they are part of her hobbies. Outside of work you can catch her at the beach or an Astros game.
Gary Kramer
On July 23rd of this year, our TCC family received the most heartbreaking news we could imagine. Gary Kramer, our dear friend, and loyal employee of almost 20 years, had passed away. Even as I write this, I’m saddened to think that we won’t have the cheerfulness and joy he brought to us every day.
We’ve spent the days and weeks since his passing reflecting on all the years we spent with Gary working, hunting, laughing, talking about the Astros and music…and the Houston Rodeo. He was full of warmth, humility, and kindness. Everyone agrees: Gary was just so easy to be around. As a dedicated father and husband, he would do anything for his wife and daughter.
Gary was always the first to call and check in on a friend or colleague if he heard they were going through a tough time or struggling with something. That’s why everyone who knew him loved him. Attendance at the visitation and funeral set a record and was past capacity.
Gary made it to Heaven before the rest of us, but we’ll never forget him. This is our tribute to a wonderful man who lived a wonderful life.

Maira Maravilla joined TCC in April of 2024 as Procurement Administrative Assistant. Maira is a proud graduate of Lonestar College with an Associate’s degree in Business. Before joining us in April 2024, she worked in the administration and customer service field for over eight years. At TCC, she values the professional atmosphere and the company’s strong culture the most.
Maira has a passion for fitness, the great outdoors, and the art of floral arrangement, and spending time with family and friends.

Franciso Solis joined the Estimating team at TCC in June 2024. He is a Prairie View A&M graduate with a Bachelor’s in Architecture. During his time at PVAMU he interned on a survey and design team and with the University.
In his spare time, Francisco enjoys learning new software, doing small projects and spending time with family.

Authur Atu joined TCC as a Project Coordinator in May 2024. With a degree in Business Administration and a focus on Supply Chain Management fromTennessee State University, he brings a wealth of knowledge. Before TCC, he worked in inventory management. At TCC, Authur says he thrives in thefriendly work atmosphere and relishes the interesting challenges.
Outside of work, he enjoys sports, hiking, and exploring diverse cuisines. He cherishes family time and is happily married.
JAMIE HODGE, PROJECT COORDINATOR
Jamie Hodge joined TCC as a Project Coordinator in May 2024. Jaime attended University of Texas and comes to us with 15 years of experience in project management and consultation in the software sector, he excels in enhancing customer experiences and refining processes.
Outside the office, Jaime enjoys reading, writing, movies, cooking, researching advances in psychology, space, and nature.
YASMIN ADAME, ESTIMATOR
Yasmin Adame joined TCC in August 2024. She graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 2021 with a degree in Architecture & Construction Science. Before joining TCC, Yasmin worked as a construction administrator which inspired her career in the industry. Post-graduation, she became a surveyor, traveling to places like Guam, Hawaii, and Oregon. Her experience with residential and commercial projects honed her adaptability to changes and challenges.
Originally from Texas, Yasmin has a passion for photography and traveling. She enjoys horseback riding, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family.
EBONEE HARRIS, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE LEAD
Ebonee Harris, a Cypress, Texas native, brings extensive experience to her role as Accounts Payable Lead at TCC. Before joining in October 2024, she worked as an Accounts Payable Supervisor. Ebonee values the friendly atmosphere at TCC and thrives in her role.

TONY JORDAN, ACCOUNTANT
A proud Texas A&M graduate, Tony Jordan brings a well-rounded background to TCC. Before joining TCC as an Accountant, Tony spent three years as a Team Lead in Project Operations, following a stint as a Project Coordinator in consulting. At TCC, he supports the accounting team with Cost at Complete analysis, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Known for their friendly team, TCC provides a refreshing challenge in the construction industry.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Tony enjoys an active lifestyle outside work, with hobbies including traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends. He brings both professional dedication and a love for community to his role at TCC.
