Matt Aines serves as a National Account Manager at TCC Multi-Family Interiors, joining the team in June 2026. A Denver, Colorado native, Matt earned his degree in Business Studies with a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa, where he also competed on the Men’s Lacrosse team. Before TCC, Matt built a well-rounded career across two industries. Spending a decade in the ski industry in roles spanning boot fitting and sales, store management, and vendor and brand representation, followed by five years in the paint industry focused on territory sales, account development, and regional business development. That breadth of experience gives him a strong foundation in relationship-building and driving growth in competitive markets.
Since joining TCC, what Matt has appreciated most is the culture, a close-knit team where everyone is genuinely invested in each other’s success and no question goes unanswered. Outside of work, Matt is an avid skier who spends every winter weekend on the mountain and will travel wherever the snow takes him. When the slopes clear, he trades his skis for golf clubs or heads into the mountains to camp and hike. Having grown up with parents who worked for United Airlines, Matt developed a lifelong love of travel and exploration and he’s still making the most of it. He shares his home with his six-year-old chocolate lab, Oakley.
