Franco Rosas is a General Superintendent at TCC, overseeing the Austin area and surrounding projects. He joined TCC in January 2024, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the GC world as a Superintendent and a contractor. He has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Texas and a diploma in GS from Temple College.

Franco is passionate about building quality work that he and his clients can be proud of. He enjoys working with a team that shares his vision and values, and he is always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. He is a builder at heart, and in his spare time, he likes to restore old vehicles, furniture, and houses. He also loves to play the piano, ride his horse Ms. Maive, and travel to new places with his family and friends. He is originally from Granger, TX, a small town in central Texas, and he currently lives in Austin with his bull terrier, Marley.
