With a strong foundation in commercial construction, Austin spent the better part of the last ten years managing operations, procurement, logistics, and supply chain strategy. Eager to grow professionally, he embraced the opportunity to transition into the multi-family industry, expanding his leadership role within TCC.

In his personal life, Austin has been married to his wife, Ashley, for over 13 years. They live in Tomball with their most significant source of joy and pride, their three energetic young boys.
