Alan Martinez serves as General Superintendent for TCC Multi-Family Interiors’ California region, bringing over two decades of construction industry expertise to his role. Alan studied Business Administration at Long Beach City College before launching a professional career that began in immigration law as a paralegal with a Los Angeles firm. In 2002, he made a pivotal transition into the construction industry, a move that would define the next chapter of his career. Today, Alan holds a Class B General Contractor license in California, a credential that speaks to the depth of his hands-on knowledge and technical command of the trade. He joined the TCC team in June 2026.
What Alan loves most about his work at TCC is the people and the challenge that each new project brings. Outside of the office, faith and family are at the heart of everything he does. He has been happily married for 24 years and is the proud father of three children. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find Alan behind a camera, exploring architecture, firing up the grill, camping, or traveling, always in search of good company and a great meal.
