TCC Design Services Summary:
TCC’s Designs Services offers a unique approach in assisting our clients with their design needs. In working with Designers, Developers and GC’s to edit current designs, TCC consistently demonstrates the ability to save our clients time and money. Through our design consultation services we are able to fully understand and maintain design intent while utilizing our national vendor and import relationships, allowing us to offer products which maintain the “look” while being budget conscious. To fully encompass our design services, TCC offers renderings, design boards and custom design meetings on -location, as a value-added service to our clients.

West Coast
Installation of a 4’ x 10’ formal panel backsplash.
Custom inlaid rubber sports flooring.
Natural finish random length engineered flooring accented with a vertical install hexagon ceramic tile backsplash.
Direct glue down of a 6” x 36” luxury vinyl plank enhanced with a 3” x 12” glass tile installs in a stacked pattern.
Direct glue down of 7” x 48” heavily embossed luxury vinyl plank accented with a 4” x 12” glossy white subway tile installed in a brick joint pattern.
Final finish of the model unit after installation of the granite countertop, kitchen backsplash, and vinyl plank.
Fitness room installation of 24” x 24” carpet tile accented with a coordinated border.
6” x 36” wood grain ceramic tile installed at a 45* angle with a 1/3” off-set, enhancing the room by wrapping the fireplace and columns in stacked stone.
