TCC Multi-Family Interiors is the result of a strategic merger in 2012, bringing together two established companies to form a unified and dynamic organization. Originally founded in 1996, Texas Contract Carpet specialized in servicing multi-family builders nationwide. With a steadfast commitment to fostering strong relationships with customers, vendors, and installers, the company achieved consistent growth and success for over a decade.

Similarly, BSI Building Products and Services, founded in 1998, operated on principles aligned with Texas Contract Carpet. Known for its diverse product offerings and focus on apartment construction, BSI served clients across the United States. As a subsidiary of Masco, a Fortune 200 company, BSI was well-positioned in the market. The longstanding friendship and shared Christian values among the executives of both companies made the merger a natural progression.

In early 2012, following the spin-off of BSI from Masco, the two companies officially merged to form TCC Multi-Family Interiors.

The merger was accompanied by a move to a larger facility to accommodate the expanding product portfolio, growing team, and increasing geographic reach. Today, TCC Multi-Family Interiors operates in over 40 states, with core product lines including flooring, tile, and natural stone.

In 2015, Perry Hardwick, founder of Texas Contract Carpet, transitioned to the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Travis Hardwick was appointed Chief Executive Officer. The following year, the Board of Directors named Norman Bowman as Chief Operating Officer, solidifying a leadership team poised to guide the company into the future.
