Martha Russey joined TCC in October 2026 as HR Coordinator. She earned a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown. Before TCC, she was an administrative sales supervisor at a construction equipment company, where she supported day-to-day operations and helped her team succeed. Martha values TCC’s positive, supportive environment and its commitment to being the best in the industry.
Martha is a proud Houston native. In her free time she likes to travel, read, go to concerts, and try new restaurants, and she usually has music playing. She shares her life with her fiancé and their dog, and her favorite moments are the ones they spend together.
