Gio Salazar joined TCC in October 2026 as General Superintendent for the Dallas area, but he already knew the company well. He had previously worked with TCC as a subcontractor and installer. Gio was born and raised in Dallas and built his career through hard work and hands-on experience. What he likes most about TCC is the people. He calls his team amazing and the staff welcoming, and he values the company’s faith-based foundation and the positive atmosphere it creates.
Outside of work, Gio’s world centers on his three children, who he says are his greatest motivation to keep growing. He spends his free time reading self-development books, playing baseball when he gets the chance, and being with his kids. He’s a devoted fan of country and outlaw country music, with Waylon Jennings at the top of his list, and he likes digging through local record stores to add to his vinyl collection. Always up for a new adventure, one item still on Gio’s bucket list is experiencing an alligator hunt firsthand.
