BILLY JACOBSON, VP of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Billy Jacobson currently serves as VP – Business Development for TCC and is tasked with channeling the nationwide growth of the TCC sales effort. Mr. Jacobson is responsible for expanding the customer base and enhancing the efforts of the sales and estimating staffs. He brings an appreciation for the built environment, smart growth principles, and the development of our cities and civic localities. Billy has fifteen years of sales and sales management experience in the healthcare, insurance, petroleum, and industrial trades.

Mr. Jacobson graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in American Studies and a minor in Economics, and attended Rice University. He also played minor league baseball in the Houston Astros organization. Billy is blessed with an amazing family which includes his wonderful wife, and their 2 daughters and 3 sons. With his free time, Mr. Jacobson relishes investing in youth via coaching sports and engaging in thought-provoking conversation and reading.

COURTNEY PEACOCK, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Courtney currently serves as the Director of Business Development for TCC and is responsible for the strategic and operational Business Development activities for West Coast Regions. Providing research and presenting strategic objectives regarding market trends to company leadership, primarily focused on competitive offerings, prospect needs and establishment of additional territories/regions. Ms. Peacock is responsible for the implementation of Business Development initiatives to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth goals. Courtney has over 10 years’ experience in business development, sales management, project management, marketing, branding and interior design in the multi-family, hospitality and healthcare markets.

Ms. Peacock graduated from OLLU with a B.A. in Psychology.  Courtney has managed and assisted in the interior design of 50 + multifamily projects throughout the US.  Courtney love’s traveling, sports and is passionate about design and assisting her clients in staying ahead of market trends. Courtney also enjoys volunteering for various social service organizations, including the USO, YMCA and Star of Hope.

TODD HARDY, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Todd Hardy has over thirty years of ensuring customer satisfaction, providing superior service, and offering valuable leadership in the industry, the last fifteen of those with the TCC family. Having grown up straightening his father’s carpet samples, loading crews and installing relays, Todd brings a lifetime of experience to every professional relationship. His early career with a variety of carpet mills offers unique technical perspective on materials and his experience with new multi-family builds from coast to coast makes him a valuable resource for all his trade partners. Mr. Hardy has managed over 175 projects totaling over 35,000 units. Todd has served in various capacities, including the Hold ‘Em & Hit ‘Em and the Corral Club, within the leadership of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

DEBORAH NELSON, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Deborah Nelson provides valued service and knowledge for her customers on a nationwide basis.  Her five years with TCC (and 10 years with BSI prior to the merger) have included strong dedication to customer service across a variety of product offerings and specialties.  In the five years since the merger, Debi has managed over 50 jobs across 9 states.  Debi’s experience as a Project Manager building apartments coupled with years spent as a Vice President at Dero Products afford her valuable professional perspective on her customer’s projects.  Ms. Nelson earned an Architectural Engineering Degree from the University of Texas.  She also happens to be a big-time NASCAR enthusiast, loves watching sports, and enjoys traveling.

GARY KRAMER, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Gary Kramer brings an intense desire to provide service that you can stand behind to every one of his customers. Those ideals have served him well in his ten years with TCC Multi-Family Interiors and in his previous sales and leadership roles which included 25 years with Diamond Shamrock/Valero. Mr. Kramer has managed over 100 projects that have included in excess of 25,000 units finished. Gary is a Southwest Texas State graduate and has volunteered for almost 30 years with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a member of the Corral Club and Hold ‘Em & Hit ‘Em Club. He is married, has one daughter and enjoys hunting and golf.

LESLIE WATSON, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Leslie Watson brings over fifteen years of flooring experience in all aspects (distribution, installation, and retail) and a strong customer focus to the TCC family. She has spent the past 12 years focused exclusively on Multi-Family builds and her enthusiasm for enhancing her product knowledge brings added value to her customers. Ms. Watson has managed over 135 projects accounting for 27,000+ units. Leslie enjoys tinkering with computers and gadgets, guns and shooting, and loves her niece, nephews, and animals.

JEFF GENTRY, PROJECT MANAGER

Jeff Gentry has over twenty-three years of experience in flooring.  Having spent the last 10 years in sales, including the last six with TCC. Jeff makes every effort to ensure his customers are taken care of.  Mr. Gentry also spent ten plus years installing floors in commercial, government, and residential builds offering beneficial hands-on product and installation knowledge.  Jeff is married with one son and enjoys golf, poker, and football.

JERED HUNT, PROJECT MANAGER/DIRECTOR OF COUNTERTOPS

Jered Hunt has over fourteen years of experience in the construction industry.  His 5+ years with TCC have demonstrated a desire to get the job done well and include roles in estimating, assistant project management, and increasing responsibility for the growth of the stone department.  Mr. Hunt has a strong background in structural and ornamental steel and previously designed life safety systems in the DC, VA, and MD area.  Jered is an avid automobile and firearms enthusiast.

GRANT CLYDE, PROJECT MANAGER

Grant Clyde grew up around the flooring industry working for his father’s flooring business on residential projects.  He attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC earning a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism while leading the baseball team to a berth in the College World Series. Mr. Clyde worked with Cameron International across South Texas, Pennsylvania, and West Texas prior to joining TCC. While his passion is to meet and exceed customer’s expectations and deadlines, Grant does find time for recreational pursuits such as hunting, fishing, and golf.
