ROBERT BUTTRAM, CFO
Robert Buttram is the CFO of TCC and is responsible for Finance, HR, and Administration. Robert has over 15 years’ experience as a Senior Manager of Finance, mostly comprised in his role as Controller. He gained experience with a decade long Career in Finance with Wal-Mart and other International Oil & Gas companies. Mr. Buttram also served the United States Marine Corps as an E-4 for 4 years stationed in Springfield, MO.
Robert has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Missouri Southern State University and also attended both the University of Houston and the University of Arkansas in pursuit of an International Executive MBA. He was a member of his university track and field team. Robert is married with 3 sons and 1 daughter and loves participating with his children in sports; as well as traveling internationally with them while they pursue sports on an international level.
AYSEL BABAYEVA, HR DIRECTOR
Aysel Babayeva is the HR Director at TCC and is tasked with building and developing our most valuable asset, our personnel. With her educational background in Law and Business Administration, Aysel brings a unique perspective in the field of Human Resource Management. Aysel brings over six years of HR experience in various industries including construction, telecommunications and oil/gas. Aysel studied law in the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, and also has Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McNeese State University. She is multi-lingual, fluent in Russian, French, Turkish and Azeri. Aysel is married, has a son, and enjoys attending ballet, travelling and reading.
