TERRY MASHINO, CONTROLLER
Terry Mashino is the Controller at TCC and is tasked with leading the Finance team. Terry is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting and insurance management in accordance with TCC’s policies and strategies.
Terry joined TCC in December 2019 and brings over 30 years’ experience in various industries including construction, manufacturing, non-profit and professional services. Throughout his 30-year career he has worked as a Controller for various construction and manufacturing companies. He also brings over 10 years of public accounting experience and holds a CPA license in California and Texas. After serving in the United States Air Force, he graduated from the University of Phoenix and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
Terry and his wife moved to Texas in 2014, they have four kids and three grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, soccer, cycling and spending time with his grandkids.
AYSEL AMIN, HR DIRECTOR
Aysel Babayeva is the HR Director at TCC and is tasked with building and developing our most valuable asset, our personnel. With her educational background in Law and Business Administration, Aysel brings a unique perspective in the field of Human Resource Management. Aysel brings over six years of HR experience in various industries including construction, telecommunications and oil/gas. Aysel studied law in the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, and also has Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McNeese State University. She is multi-lingual, fluent in Russian, French, Turkish and Azeri. Aysel is married, has a son, and enjoys attending ballet, travelling and reading.
